Course of the week; Bachelor of Construction Management

Bachelor of construction Management graduates will have a solid understanding of the principles and practices that apply to the management activities and challenges that organizations confront when undertaking construction projects. Owners gain from good construction project management because it increases the chances of a project being completed on time, on budget, and without financial or legal issues. Construction management is designed to optimize best industry practices, prudent management decision-making, and effective and transparent project controls and reporting techniques, while project monitoring services grow over the life of the project. The course is offered at the College of Engineering and Technology (COETEC), School of Architecture and Building Sciences (SABS).

Admission Requirements

Any person who wants to be admitted for Bachelor of Construction Management, will have to meet a minimum entry requirement of; KCSE B- mean grade, C+ in Mathematics, Physics and English or Kiswahili any group ii (Biology, Physics and Chemistry), group iii (History and Government, Geography and any Religious Education), group iv or V.

Candidates that wish to go a step further can upgrade to; Ph.D Architecture, Ph.D Construction project Management, Master of Construction project management.
