Course of the Week; B.Sc Corporate Communication and Management.
Corporate communication deals with the interchange of business information within and outside an organization. It is a managerial discipline that is intertwined with public relations, marketing, organizational and leadership development, and human resource management. Maintaining a consistent corporate identity and developing a good brand icon are the most important aspects of corporate communication.
Graduates will be qualified to work as communications professionals in business, industry, government, and non-profit organizations.
The course is offered at the College of Human Resource Development (COHRED), School of Communication and Development Studies-SCDC.
Admission Requirements
Candidates interested and would like to be admitted for B.Sc Corporate Communication and Management will have to meet a minimum requirement of KCSE C+ Mean grade (or equivalent) with a pass in Mathematics and at least C- in English or Kiswahili, or KACE with a minimum of 2 principal passes and One (1) subsidiary pass and a minimum of pass in Mathematics at KCE or a Diploma in relevant discipline from an institution recognized by the university senate. Or any other qualification accepted by the university senate as equivalent to any of the above.
