The 2020/21 curtains of the JKUAT Soccer League came down on Thursday, 24th June 2021, with the outstanding team from the School of Communication and Development Studies (SCDS) retaining the most coveted trophy for the second year running. The event which goes down every year attracted all the departments in Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).

The epitome of it all was the final match between SCDS vs SBS- the School of Biological Sciences, which attracted a humongous fan base that filled every corner of the JKUAT’s ‘Allianz Arena’ supporting their respective teams.

At the 90th minute, the defending champions, SCDS, silenced SBS with a cool “High 5” (5-0), after an incredible display of their prowess on the field. Some die-hard fans, who could not remain calm during the thrilling match reduced the trenches to a running stretch. They ran back and forth, from the onset, and did not show any sign of exhaustion until the final whistle was blown.
